At Rashtrapati Bhavan on November 14, President Ram Nath Kovind gave the National Sports Awards-2021 and the Adventure Awards. The Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award was granted to 12 athletes this 2021 year. Defense Manufacturing Facility: 13 November 2021 Current Affairs
The first operationalized Private Sector Defense Manufacturing unit in the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor was officially launched on November 13 in Lucknow by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Aerolloy Technologies, a fully owned subsidiary of PTC Industries, will operate the factory, which will produce parts for aircraft engines, helicopter engines, structural parts for planes, drones and UAVs, submarines, ultra-light artillery guns, space launch vehicles, and strategy systems. The Minister also lays the cornerstone for PTC Industries‘ Integrated Metal Manufacturing Facility, which will manufacture crucial raw materials in titanium and other exotic alloys for aerospace uses.
